Studio k was founded with the mission to welcome those who are seeking greater strength, poise and resilience - mind, body and soul.
Here, in my enchanting home-based studio, you will find a curated Pilates and wellness experience individualized to your needs and wishes. Whether you're looking for private apparatus instruction that challenges you to deepen your strength and mobility or an intimate group mat class with spirit and flow, I will work with you to support your goals and enhance your wellbeing.
From time to time, Studio k offers specialized wellness seminars and movement sessions with professional instructors and trainers dedicated to various methods including Yoga, Reiki, Healing Meditation, Wellness Coaching and more.
